Special Hazards Design Special Hazards Systems include Clean Agent, CO2, Specialized Industrial and anything that doesn’t fit into standard Fire Alarm or Sprinkler systems. We have expertise in both small and large systems. We have designed some of the largest clean agent systems in Virginia, and many industrial suppression systems. System designs include: Floor Plans, Riser Diagrams, Wiring Diagrams, Sequence of Operations, Symbols Key, Detailed Piping Isometrics, Bill of Materials, Piping Takeoffs, Submittal Data and more. All designs are drawn using NFPA 170 Standard Symbols and appropriate Code compliance. Experienced in Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Government, Military, and much more. Note: Due to the proprietary nature of Special Hazards Systems, final hydraulic calculations must be performed by the customer. This is due to licensing restrictions by most suppression equipment manufacturers.
